Our Founders
Leah and Madi met at a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and founded Maia Wellness on a simple premise: the practices that reduce stress and improve performance should be accessible during the workday, not just outside of it.
Leah is originally from Ireland and now based in Pittsburgh. Madi is a Pittsburgh native. Both are Experienced Registered Yoga Teachers with backgrounds in mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation. Together, they have distilled the core principles of these practices into a format built to support working professionals and the organizations that employ them.
